- The final credit amount is dependent on the final purchase price of the home and the commission received by the brokerage.
- The credit is typically applied toward the buyer's closing costs or pre-paids on the Closing Disclosure (CD).
- The credit is subject to lender approval. Some loan types or lenders may restrict the amount of allowable seller/agent credits.
